THE MISSES
She is an Eligant Woman within her own lifestyle, a Woman with Intense Love for People and has incredible character She Loves the comforts she has which is Moderate and does not seek to be noticed for her kind heart but Loves a casual seclusion along a quiet beach to secretly watch the Sun Set over the Oceans horizon.
She is simple Yet Very Passionate & Intelligent But Chooses to Let her Humble side Shine and to Bless those around her she Loves and The Stranger that Is Drawn into her Path in Life without anything in return. A beautiful Selfless Spirit complete with needing nothing but Desires others to have those Little special needs met.
She knows Poverty as a little Girl and has enjoyed Riches, But Chooses to Give freely to Bless others as she herself is Blessed to Give. She enjoys the Little tear in her eyes as the Poor Child enjoys being noticed by Her as She stops to say "I LOVE YOU" to see a smile that is Priceless ! She notices the Wornout Shoes and Loves to Place the New Shoes on the Little Girls Porch, wanting not to be noticed but with the Little Words "I LOVE YOU" Her reward is unseen but in Great measure, for Her Heart is of Great Measure. She Looks foreward to each day as it's a new adventure to plant seeds of kindness and Love, never expecting anything in return in this Life !!

The Misses by Elizabeth Pratt
All who see her exclaim,
who is she? fair
shrouded in widow's raiment,
covered hair
Turn away and
with delight,
realize,
she dances half the night.
Elizabeth Pratt has worked with Capture Me Studios as an actress in two of our films. She is a local artist who works in several venues. My favorite piece of hers - besides some personal work she's done is her giant dragonfly sculpture. Thank you for this lovely poem!

MARV'S MARVLUS BBQ
You've seen them around town. If you're like me, you always wonder how come they aren't coming to your event that day. Give em a call, and they will be. But today they were at the Tumwater Costco parking lot raising money to donate to the Children's Hospital. I had seen them earlier in the week catering a business dinner, but this time, I actually got to meet Donna and Marv. Neat people. http://www.marvsbbq.com/

THE AIRLINES
What's with the little seat belt demo on airlines? How did the half hour explanation including demo originate? Have these people never been in an automobile? How did they even get to the airport? And how many class action suits have there been?
Yes we also get a 2 second blip regarding a flotation device underneath your seat. Although no one's ever seen it. Passengers get no instructions on how you stand up (without hitting your head) turn around in place during turbulence, and pull up this previously affixed cushion. I'd like to see that one demonstrated. I think the airlines are avoiding the controversy - the buckled seatbelts are probably in the way.
